1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 9phcom platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with and be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 9phcom platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms apply to all features, services, games, promotions, and content available on 9phcom, including but not limited to casino slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and any special event wagering. 4.4 Fund Ownership

All funds deposited into your 9phcom account must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded where possible. You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9phcom offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
